My dad had a scratchy LP of Voss he picked up on a work trip to Sydney in the 80s, and that's how I knew this name at all growing up in Iowa. Heard about Chard this morning on the radio in the car and just sat in the driveway a minute. 96 years old, 140 roles, that's a whole life in the work.
