Kenneth Aaron Stern

Kenneth Aaron Stern, known to family and friends as Ken, was a Bucks County, Pennsylvania, husband, father, grandfather and family businessman whose life was defined by devotion to the people closest to him. He was born on May 2, 1971, grew up in Richboro, and later made his home in Bensalem. He died peacefully on September 18, 2026, at the age of 55, surrounded by the family he loved.

For many years Ken worked alongside his father, Barry, his uncle Ira and his grandfather Joseph at their family carpet store. In time he took over the business and carried that legacy forward, later bringing his son-in-law Jason into the work. Providing for and protecting his loved ones was one of the clearest ways he showed care. Those who knew him described a man of responsibility, perseverance and a strong work ethic, strong-willed and never afraid to speak his mind, yet guided by loyalty and humor.

Ken was the beloved husband of Dawn and the proud father of three daughters, Christina, McKenzie and Nicole, each married. He was the cherished grandfather of Peyton, whom he called his "Pumpkin," and Caleb, affectionately known as "Curly." He is survived by his mother, Sylvia, his brother Fred, and his niece Sydney and nephew Jonah. He was preceded in death by his father, Barry.

Away from work he was a lifelong sports fan, proudly cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles and Flyers as well as the Miami Hurricanes. Still, nothing meant more to him than ordinary days with family: conversations, gatherings and the quiet routines that made a household feel complete. Through words and example he taught his daughters and grandchildren that family comes first, that you stand by the people you love, and that failure is never an option.

Relatives and friends were invited to a funeral service on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at Goldsteins' Rosenberg's Funeral Directors Suburban North in Southampton, Pennsylvania, with interment at Roosevelt Memorial Park in Trevose. In lieu of flowers, the family asked that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in his memory. Ken will be remembered as loving, hardworking and deeply devoted, a presence his family will keep hearing in moments that call for bravery and steadfast care.
