Liam Fitzgerald was an American fitness coach and content creator who built a following of more than one million people on Instagram from his base in Miami, Florida. He died on 30 October 2026, aged 29, after a motorcycle accident in the early hours of the morning.
Fitzgerald was born in Evansville, a small town in Wisconsin. His family later moved to Washington state, where he spent most of his childhood. In a February 2026 interview with Inked magazine he said that tattoos were uncommon where he grew up, and that their absence made them intriguing. He spent his teenage days skateboarding with older kids and described himself as having a daredevil personality. "I just always wanted to do things that not a lot of other people were doing," he said. He got his first tattoo at 15 or 16, an impulsive tiny plus sign on his middle finger, which he kept because it was his first.
At 18 he moved to Arizona, where he lived for about six years, and at 24 he relocated to Miami. There he worked as an online coach and content creator, offering one-on-one training through his website and posting about fitness, style, mindset and personal finance. He also ran a YouTube channel, Liam Fitzgerald Fitness, with workout videos, full days of eating and a vlog series titled UNF*CKING MY LIFE, which he launched in October 2026. His last YouTube upload, a video on what he ate to lose fat and gain muscle, went online on 29 October 2026, the day before he died. He also maintained an OnlyFans account, which he promoted through his website, according to the New York Post.
Fitzgerald did not much like the word influencer. He told Inked that he preferred to describe his work as creating relatable content with substance. "I love making content that's relatable with a good message," he said. "I want to help people achieve their personal goals, whether that's fitness or brand building." He called himself "all about positivity and personal development."
Outside the gym he loved long-distance running, MMA and fighting, hiking and pushing his physical limits. He was deeply into motorcycles and was learning stunt riding. In June 2026 he posted a photo of himself riding shirtless on a bike with the caption "He ain't nothing like me."
His tattoos told much of his story. Over his heart he wore a portrait of himself as a baby with his mother, a birthday gift to the woman who largely raised him on her own. "She's loved greatly," he said of her. On his hand he had the number 333 topped with a halo, which he chose as the opposite of 666. "To me, it means you have to be the light and the good in the world," he explained. He also had sectoral heterochromia, with part of his left eye brown and the rest green, a feature his mother called his birthmark. Inked named him its Man of the Month in February 2026, an honour he said left him "extremely honored and blessed."
On 31 October 2026 his girlfriend, the content creator Jamie Lyn Rinaldi, announced on Instagram that he had died following a motorcycle accident on 30 October at approximately 2 a.m. "He suffered severe injuries, and despite the efforts of those who tried desperately to save him, they were unable to bring him back," she wrote, asking for grace, love and privacy for his family. The exact circumstances of the crash, including where it happened, have not been made public.
Tributes came from friends, followers and fellow creators. Content creator Austin Georgas wrote that "it was truly always love when you were around," and fitness model JT Reinhard said he "seemed like he wanted to do good for this world." He is remembered by his followers as a motivator with a big heart who tried, in his own words, to be the light.
