Grew up watching Krovim Krovim with my Israeli cousins every time we visited. Ilan was always the funniest person in the room but you could tell he was serious about the work. Such a long career. Rest easy.

One of the first coders on MANIAC. Machine language, paper tape, no net to catch you if you made a mistake. That takes guts and a sharp mind.

Never saw him play live but my dad had all the Liverpool tapes from the 70s. He'd put them on and just shake his head at how hard Keegan worked. Dad's gone now too, but that's what I remember about their conversations.
