For Tom Rinaldi · 21h ago

My brother studied at UC Davis in the nineties and used to talk about Tom Rinaldi as one of the names that mattered. To hear he's gone, and so suddenly, is a real loss. Rest well.

For Rudolph A. Marcus · 1d ago

Played tennis into his 80s. Kept working into his 100s. That's the kind of man you want to remember.

For Aleksandr Pashchenko · 1d ago

Eighty-one years and gave his whole heart to the stage. There's a grace in that kind of faithfulness.

For Rudy Ariffin · 2d ago

Kept the coal trucks off the roads. Not flashy work, but it mattered.

For Arthur Marshall · 6d ago

Read that he came from a big family in Georgia and made it all the way to the NFL without being drafted. My dad used to talk about that Broncos team. Sad to hear it.

For Chita Rivera · 4 Jun 2026

Saw her in Chicago on the West End, must have been 1999. She had this energy that filled the whole theatre. Ninety years old and still electric. Will not forget that.

For David Johansen · 7 Sept 2025

He came through the Factory and Ridiculous Theater, built something from nothing, and never stopped. That takes faith in the work.

For Elizabeth Taylor · 10 Aug 2025

Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf still holds up. The anger, the intellect, the rawness of it. She brought something real to every frame.
