My mom called me about this at like 2am my time here in Spain. She grew up in a Chicago bungalow her whole childhood and said this woman basically saved that whole way of life. Didn't know her work until tonight but that's a real legacy.

My dad pulled up a video of the Tulia GT on the garage laptop last winter and just said watch this, this guy built it all himself in Buenos Aires. Found out tonight he passed at 88, still working into his late 80s. That kind of stuck with me.

My dad watched The Dogs of War when it came out and loved it. I finally watched it last year and understood why. Irvin made you feel everything, not just see it.
