My uncle died of kidney cancer two years ago, same stage, so when I read 35 I just sat with that for a while. I found his YouTube video, the one called "i HAD cancer", after someone shared a clip of it. He was smiling through the whole thing. That kind of courage is rare and I know what it costs the people around them too.
