Not someone I followed closely, but I heard him on the radio once and his voice stuck with me the rest of the day. Sorry to hear about Neville, 63 is no age.

Benjamin Satterley, known to wrestling fans around the world as Pac, and to an earlier generation of WWE viewers as Adrian Neville and then simply Neville, died on 27 September 2026 at the age of 40. He passed away in Des Plaines, Illinois, a day after competing at All Elite Wrestling's All Out pay per view near Chicago, a detail that made the loss especially shocking to fans who had just watched him perform.
Born on 22 August 1986 in Newcastle upon Tyne, England, Satterley began wrestling on the British independent circuit in 2004, working under names including Jungle Pac and Ben Sacilly before building an international reputation with promotions such as Dragon Gate, Pro Wrestling Guerrilla, Ring of Honor and Chikara. He was best known for a high flying, acrobatic in ring style that earned him the nickname the Man That Gravity Forgot.
He signed with WWE in 2012 and, performing as Adrian Neville and later Neville, became NXT Champion, a two time NXT Tag Team Champion and a two time WWE Cruiserweight Champion during a run of roughly six years with the company. In 2019 he was announced as one of the first wrestlers signed to the newly formed All Elite Wrestling, where he competed as Pac. In AEW he became the promotion's first All Atlantic Champion and won the AEW World Trios Championship twice, first alongside Penta El Zero Miedo and Rey Fenix as part of Death Triangle, and later as a member of the Death Riders stable.
Satterley's death came within hours of his final match, against Andrade El Idolo for the AEW National Championship on the opening card of All Out. AEW announced his death that Sunday night, saying the company was saddened by the loss and that he had captivated fans with innovative high flying moves and incredible in ring ability. Tributes followed quickly from across the wrestling world, including AEW president Tony Khan, who described him as a beloved husband and friend whose wrestling knowledge and generosity defined him, as well as from WWE figures such as Triple H and fellow performers who had worked alongside him for two decades.
Illinois authorities said there were no signs of foul play in his death. On 16 October 2026, a spokesperson for the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office said an investigation had determined that Satterley died of bronchial asthma, with the manner of death ruled natural. He is survived by his wife, Natalie Satterley, whom he married in 2015, and by his parents, Jill and Stephen Satterley.
