Randy See, born Randy Morton See Cailles, was a Filipino-Chinese model, actor and television host who won the first Mr. Chinatown Philippines title in 2013. The pageant opened the way into show business for him, leading to film roles, hosting work on a home shopping channel and a long run on the Manila fashion circuit. He died in a car accident in Manila on 17 October 2026, five days before his 35th birthday.

See was born on 22 October 1991. He was an alumnus of St. Jude Catholic School in Manila and was studying business administration at Ateneo de Manila University when he entered the inaugural Mr. and Miss Chinatown Philippines pageant in 2013, a contest created to strengthen ties between the Filipino and Chinese communities. Describing himself as a lola's boy, a grandmother's boy, he competed against fifteen other men.

At the coronation night on 30 June 2013 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Resorts World Manila, he was crowned Mr. Chinatown Philippines 2013 and Ambassador of Goodwill. He also won the special awards for Best in Active Wear and Best in Formal Wear. The title brought a cash prize, a trip to China and a contract with the ABS-CBN network.

As with other Chinatown pageant contestants, the title became a bridge into entertainment. He appeared in the 2014 horror hit Feng Shui 2 and the 2015 comedy Beauty and the Bestie, and worked as a host for the home shopping network O Shopping. He became a regular at fashion events, including Philippine Fashion Week, and appeared in commercials and product campaigns.

In the early hours of Saturday, 17 October 2026, See was involved in a car accident while driving alone in Manila and died. His wife announced his death the same day in a Chinese language post on Instagram, thanking the friends who loved him and saying that he would live on in everyone's memories and hearts. His wake was held in Manila from 17 to 19 October, with his inurnment set for 20 October. No further details of the accident were made public. His death was reported by the Philippine Daily Inquirer, PEP.ph, GMA News and the Daily Tribune, and drew tributes from the pageant and entertainment communities in which he had been a familiar face for more than a decade.

Found Feng Shui 2 on a horror forum years ago and watched it with my roommate at 2am, had no idea who he was then. 34. That's it, that's the whole thing that's sad about it.
