My father kept a bottle of Concannon Petite Sirah in the cellar for years, saved for when my grandfather visited from Jutland. I didn't understand then what 1961 meant for that wine. Ninety five is a full life.

my dad just called me about this, said the name like it meant something. I only knew him from a clip that went round a few years back, 77 is still a long stretch though

My father had Tommy John surgery in 2019 when he was 47. The surgeon said it was routine now because of what Tommy John pioneered. Dad still throws with his grandkids. That matters.
