Saw the news on my phone during lunch and just sat there. I've got a stack of Third Man pressed records from when I started collecting vinyl again in my forties, never thought about the man actually running that plant until today. 60 is no age at all.

Watched Jerry work with younger wrestlers at the gym when I was a kid. He was patient and didn't talk down to anybody. That meant something.

Watched the ESPN documentary about him and Frank Jobe a few years back. The way he described that moment, his arm just flying out to right field. Somehow he came back and pitched for thirteen more years. That's the kind of story that stays with you.

All That was the best. She could do anything - comedy, music, dancing. She was a real talent and a fixture of 90s Nickelodeon. This one hurts.
