Ozzy Osbourne fronted Black Sabbath, the band that invented heavy metal, and then built a solo career and a second life as a reality television father. He played a final farewell concert in his home city of Birmingham weeks before his death at 76.

I cried when I heard the news, and I'm not ashamed of it. John was part of the soundtrack of my life.
