My grandmother and I used to watch Wonder Years reruns every night after her shift, she loved Kevin and Winnie more than anything on tv. Didn't know his name till today but I guess he's the reason that show even got made. 92 years old, that's a whole life well lived.

Just saw a Big Brother 8 clip pop up on my feed last week, the eviction one where she says "I was on TV, I was shown into the world." Didn't expect to read this a few days later. 46 is so young.

I just watched a clip of her talking about writing plays with kids and now I find out she died the same week. 96 years old. That's a whole life well lived.

I saw this on a UK news thread my cousin shared and I almost scrolled past because I don't usually read stories like this, but then it said he was eight, just eight, and I had to stop. I was out watering my tomatoes when I read it on my phone and I just sat down on the porch steps. A kid goes to the stables with his mom and sister, something so normal, mucking out stalls, watching his sister ride, and then he's gone. Wigan, I looked it up, I didn't even know where that was before today. I keep thinking about his mother only being gone for a drink. edit: I don't really have a point, I just needed to write something down. Thinking about his family, Rebecca, and his sister too.
