Lost my dad back in March, this year's been rough that way, and now this. I used to play Entrance! in the car when I drove him to appointments, he liked that it didn't need explaining. Sam Noto did that for a lot of people I think. 96 years is a long life but it still knocks the wind out of you when it's close to home.

Used to see her a few rows down at Lions home games every fall, always there before Dan's broadcast even started. Heard about it on WJBK and just sat in my kitchen for a minute. 63 is no age at all. My wife and I always said she looked like she loved that team as much as any of us did.
