Carl Sagan brought the universe into living rooms with Cosmos, the most watched public television series of its time, and wrote Contact and Pale Blue Dot. He died of pneumonia after a bone marrow disease at 62.

What they gave us

My grandmother loved Carl. When she died we played their work at the funeral. Now they're both gone. Strange how connected it all is.
