My mother had this documentary series on African monarchies taped off the CBC in the 90s and Princess Lindiwe was in one of the segments, talking about the Liqoqo. I must have watched that tape a dozen times growing up in Ottawa. Just read she died at 56 years in a hospital in South Africa. Cancer. Strange how a face from an old VHS tape stays with you.

His son Štěpán was an athlete too. Something about that family - they didn't just talk about doing things. They did them. A son worthy of that father, I'd say.
