My Mexican lit professor at ASU gave us Elogio de la calle junior year and I still have the photocopied pages, underlined everywhere. I remember reading it on the light rail going downtown and suddenly seeing my own streets differently. 72 is no age. Thank you for teaching people like me to actually look at a city.
