I don't really know what to say here. Twenty two is no age at all.

Maria Eduarda Alves dos Santos, known online as Duda Alves, was a Brazilian social media creator from Brasília who built a large TikTok following by turning everyday irritations into short, candid comedy. She billed herself as "a menina que odeia as coisas" (the girl who hates things), a persona that mixed acid humour with the ordinary details of life with friends and her boyfriend Enrico.
By September 2026 her TikTok account @alvesdudas had hundreds of thousands of followers and tens of millions of likes. She also kept an Instagram presence (@alvesdudasr) and a related daily account. Beyond social media she had trained in communication: Brazilian outlets described her as both a publicitária (advertising professional) and a journalist, work she did before creator content became her main focus.
In the weeks before her death she documented a mastopexy with breast implants, explaining that she chose the procedure for comfort and aesthetic reasons after finding her natural breast size disproportionate on a small frame. Recovery posts mentioned pain and vomiting. Her final TikTok, around 10 September 2026, answered unpleasant comments about the change in her body, including remarks she attributed to "sleazy men."
Duda Alves died on 13 September 2026 at the age of 22. Friends and relatives announced the death on social media; her family did not publicly disclose a cause. The Civil Police of the Federal District registered the case at the 4th Police Station and told Brazilian reporters they were investigating, citing a principal line of inquiry while declining further detail to protect the family's privacy. No authority has publicly linked her recent surgery to her death.
Her body was waked on the morning of 15 September 2026 at Paróquia São João Paulo II in Brasília's Park Sul and buried that afternoon at Cemitério Campo da Esperança. Pink and white balloons marked the farewell. Her father spoke of the love of parents, relatives, aunts, cousins, her brother and friends, then shared a private nickname used between them and said goodbye: "vai em paz, Peco Rocha."
Friends including influencer Clarissa Pavie, singer Maria Xabah and Sarah Mahdavi posted tributes that stressed her calmness, authenticity and acid humour, and asked the public to respect the family's grief amid online speculation. Followers filled her last posts with messages of condolence for a creator who had made ordinary frustrations feel shared.
